Registration Information
In-District Registration: Beginning on February 27, 2012 at 12:00p.m., online registrations for the 2012 Summer Activity Program will be accepted. In-District registration will close at 11:59 p.m. on March 4, 2012. Payment will be made for all registrations made during this In-District registration period. Accepted payment methods are Visa and Mastercard. Registrants also have the option to pay in person at LTHS North Campus. If you have selected this option, please bring the following items to the North Campus bookstore:
- A print-out of the registration confirmation screen with Web Order ID number
- Valid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash or check
In-District registrants utilizing Pay-In-Person must pay-in-full no later than Friday, March 9, 2012. Any registrations with outstanding payments as of 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2012 will be vacated. The North Campus bookstore is open from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
If the number of camp registrations exceeds the participation limit, a random lottery will be conducted. Registrations will be drawn at random to determine which participants are enrolled in the camp and which are not. Those participants that are not selected in the lottery process will be issued a refund of the full registration cost in the form of a check through the Lyons Township High School Business Office.
Out-of-District/Open Registration: Beginning on April 9, 2012, all unfilled slots will be open to the public for registration on a first come-first served basis.

Summer Activity Refund Policy: A cancellation fee is assessed for each camp that is dropped by 3:00 p.m. June 3, 2011. The cancellation fee is as follows: - March 5 - April 30: 25% fee - May 1 - May 31: 50% fee - June 1 - Day before camp begins: 75% fee No refund will be issued if a student withdraws after the beginning of the camp or if a student is dropped for disciplinary reasons. A full refund will be issued to parents if a camp is cancelled by the school. |
