The mission of Technology Services is to collaborate with faculty, administrators, students,
staff, parents and the community in order to develop, implement and support effective, innovative
and fiscally responsible technology solutions, which enhance and enrich the educational
opportunities and experiences for all students of Lyons Township High School.
Our staff of technicians, specialists, analysts and systems administrators manage and operate
comprehensive communication networks, with data centers at both campuses and approximately 1,400
PCs used by students and District employees.
Requests for assistance and reports of problems, concerns and issues should be directed to
the Technology Services Help Desk. You may email us at helpdesk@lths.net, or you could call
us at (708) 579-6559. You can call or email us 24 hours per day, every day of the year.
The desk is staffed from 7:15 AM until 3:30 PM every school day. Technicians are on site and
may be available well beyond these posted hours, but are likely to be away from the desk completing
tasks or addressing emergencies that arise. Please leave a message for us, if a technician
does not interact with you directly.

Any student experiencing difficulty with a PC, application, file or other District-owned or
provided technology should report the issue to the teacher or to one of the Discovery Center
Coordinators.
