TRANSCRIPTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER LABOR DAY SENIOR YEAR
- Transcript Release Form for Current students is the gold form mailed home during the summer with the College Center Calendar of Events and fee should be paid at processing for the senior year. After processing, fee is paid at the NC Bookstore.
- Students under the age of 18 must have a parent signature.
TRANSCRIPTS FOR GRADUATES / FORMER STUDENTS MAY BE REQUESTED FROM THE NORTH CAMPUS REGISTRAR USING THE TRANSCRIPT FROM FOR GRADUATES / FORMER STUDENTS.
