National Merit Finalists :::

Fifteen LTHS students named National Merit Finalists

Recently 15 Lyons Township High School seniors received word that they were named National Merit Finalists. These same 15 students must now wait to hear if they were chosen for a Merit Scholarship.

Finalists achieve this honor by scoring in the top one-half of one percent among students taking the PSAT, a preliminary college entrance exam. More than one million students entered the competition nationwide. LT students are among 15,000 Finalists who will vie for one of some 8,400 Merit Scholarships.
