Cross Country - Boys



All students wishing to participate in athletics must have a current physical and complete an Athletic Eligibility Form.  This form must be presented to the coach or sponsor of the activity on the first day of tryouts. You need a new form for each sport season.  Eligibility and physical forms can be found by clicking here (Athletics > Forms).  Forms are also available in the Athletic Office at North Campus – Room 170.
Join us for Summer Running camp (gr 8-12)
Monday - Thursday (June 9-July 17) from 6:30am-8:30am at the SC Outdoor Track.  Registration is available on the summer programs page (

This program provides a conditioning base for those primarily interested in high school cross country and track. Training includes distance runs, interval work, stretching and weights. Participants should bring your own water bottle. All participants will receive a t-shirt.
