Lyons Township High School COVID-19 Dashboard

  • The purpose of the Lyons Township High School District #204 COVID-19 Dashboard is to provide up-to-date metrics regarding community transmission rates of COVID-19, on-campus reports of positive cases and close contacts, and aggregate vaccination rates of students and staff.  

On-Campus Reporting

  • The following represents the number of positive COVID-19 cases reported to the Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) by Lyons Township High School, as well as the number of individuals identified as close contacts related to reported positive COVID-19 cases that are reported to the Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) by Lyons Township High School.

Vaccination Information

  • The data below represents the overall percentage of students and staff who have submitted proof of vaccination with Lyons Township HS District #204. If your student has been vaccinated, we encourage you to submit a copy of their COVID-19 vaccine card to the health office by e-mailing a picture of the card to studentcovid@lths.net.

Community Transmission Information

  • The purpose of the data below is to provide up-to-date metrics within all 11 LTHS communities. The dashboard contains information related to the # of positive cases (7-day rolling average), positivity rate, tests per day, and number of new cases per 100,000 population. We use this data to inform our health and safety mitigation efforts, and we believe the dashboard provides a transparent summary of COVID-19 instances within our surrounding communities. The District 204 COVID-19 Dashboard is updated each weekday morning.
