If you are looking to recycle the following batteries, LT Recycling Club holds an annual Battery Drive. 

• Car/Boat batteries (Lead Acid / SLA)
• Rechargeable household batteries (Ni-MH)
• Rechargeable cordless phone or digital camera batteries (Li-Ion)
• Rechargeable power tool batteries (Ni-Cd)
• Specialty - Button cell batteries (for car remotes, hearing aids)

Outside of our battery drive, you can recycle or safely dispose of the above batteries locally:

• Batteries Plus (Lead Acid, Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, Li-Ion, Speciality Batteries as well as Fluorescent Tube Bulbs and Small Electronics)
• Home Depot (Ni-MH, Li-Ion, Cell Phones)
• Naperville Household Hazardous Waste Facility - open to all Illinois residents (Lead Acid / SLA)
