  • The District 204 Board of Education welcomes and encourages public comment at regularly scheduled board meetings.
     
    If you would like to address the board with a comment, question, or concern, please complete this BLUE COMMUNICATION FORM below by 4:30 p.m. the day of the meeting. Individuals may also choose to complete a form in person prior to the meeting.  All individuals who sign up to participate in Public Comment will be called upon to address the board during that part of the agenda.   If an individual is not present at the meeting, they may request to have their comment read into the record by indicating such on the submission form. The comment will then be read into the record during the Communications portion of the agenda. Please limit comments to no more than three (3) minutes.

    While the Board appreciates your participation, please understand that the Board does not actively engage in dialogue during public comment. We take all matters seriously and if there is a specific question or comment that requires follow up, the appropriate board member or administrator will follow up within two weeks or less.
