  • PLEASE NOTE THAT FOOTBALL AND GOLF BEGIN ON MONDAY, AUGUST 6, 2018
ALL OTHER FALL SPORTS BEGIN ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 8, 2018

All students wishing to participate in athletics must have a current Physical and complete an Athletic Eligibility Form. This form must be presented to the coach or sponsor of the activity on the first day of tryouts. Do NOT mail the form to the school. The Athletic Department requires each participant to complete a new form for each sport season. This insures the safety of the athlete, and also updates the athletic eligibility files. Forms can also be picked up in the Athletic Office at North Campus – Room 170 or by clicking FORMS.
