Knots 3D is a smartphone app that shows how to tie many knots used in climbing.  It can be found in the App store and is 99¢.  There is no need to purchase this app- you will have time to practice in class.

If you would like to practice our required knots (or learn new knots) at home, you can use www.netknots.com.  When you go to this website, you will find a picture of the knot, verbal instructions for tying, and animation of the knot being tied.
