Transportation
Lyons Township students who reside 1.5 miles or more from their campus are eligible for district-provided transportation. Transportation information is communicated to families prior to the start of school. The pick-up and drop-off times can be accessed through the Stop Sheet links below. Any additional questions regarding student transportation can be directed to Transportation@LTHS.net.
Some general information regarding transportation services:

Students should be at the stop 10 minutes prior to the departure time, as travel times do vary.

Students are assigned bus routes, and it is printed on their student ID.

For after-school routes, it is important for students to be familiar with the location of their bus stall, as some routes are combined in the afternoon.

Specific stops for students can be chosen as long as they are on an assigned route.
First Student is our transportation provider for the 2025-26 school year. You can now create an account and register for bus route information* and set up notifications** for arrival times through their newly updated FirstView Mobile App.
*Please be aware that student information is still being uploaded by First Student and should be completed by the week of August 11th.
**Bus tracking, Geofence setup, and notification settings are not accessible until the first day of school (August 18).
