Come early and work out at your own pace. Join us for one day a week or more. Come any time and enjoy an early morning work out! All students are welcome.
Breakfast with barbells for 2nd semester will be at south campus in the south campus weight room on Thursday and Friday from 6:00 am-7:20 am.
