D & D Club
Students will learn how to play Dungeons & Dragons, one of the most well-known tabletop role playing games. The three pillars of the game are exploration, social interaction, and combat. Students will learn the rules of the game, create characters, and role play through each session. Students have a great opportunity to learn team work, creative writing and character development, and improvisational choices. Role playing games offer unique opportunities to explore ideas and develop empathy within a safe environment. Above all, role playing games are theater of the mind, and cultivate a high degree of imagination.
