Concert Orchestra

Concert orchestra is divided into two class periods at South Campus. Each period studies string orchestra literature with an emphasis on developing string playing technique and fundamental musicianship skills in order to prepare students to perform major symphonic works in Symphony Orchestra. All periods of Concert Orchestra perform as one large string orchestra at concerts.
