The Lyons Township Poms Squads participates with the Cheerleaders to encourage and entice crowd involvement at all Boy’s home Football and Basketball games.
 
Members of Lyons Township Poms Squads are representatives of the school as well as leaders among the student body. The purpose of the Lyons Township Poms Squads are to support intercollegiate athletics and Lyons Township High School. The support is directed by participating in dance and cheer routines to encourage crowd attention on the court/field, to create an atmosphere with the Cheerleaders of excitement and enthusiasm at all school sporting events and to serve as public relations ambassadors of athletics and Lyons Township High School.
