Strategic Plan

In June, 2022, the Lyons Township High School District 204 Board of Education adopted a long-term, comprehensive Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan was developed with engagement from our entire school community, and identified past performance, core values, needs, and future trajectory of the district. On this page, you will find an overview of the five goals that make up our community's plan and a District scorecard used to help measure progress. Our tradition of academic excellence will continue to be at the heart of all that we do to foster innovation and cultivate student empowerment towards a strong future.
