• Boys Cross Country is a “No-Cut” sport. The season begins with a mandatory practices starting on Monday, August 8 and continuing August 9,10,11,12,13,15,16,17,18,19 (no practice freshmen), 20 for freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors. Athletes that miss practice will be removed from the team. We will meet at the South Campus Track from 7-9am. Wear a t-shirt, shorts and running shoes and prepare for a 3 mile run. To prepare for the fall season most of our team members will join the Summer Running Program. All athletes must register for team online at the lths.net athletes page when available later this summer and must have a current physical.
