We want to remind you that the IHSA is still requiring up-to-date physicals (within 13 months) in order to participate in fall sports. All freshmen are required to get a physical as part of enrollment, so the freshman class should be covered.
Sophomores, juniors, and seniors: please be sure your physical is up-to-date for the fall season. If you received the free school physical in March, you are all set. If not, double check your records, and make a doctor's appointment if necessary to get an updated physical. Due to COVID-19, doctor visits may be trickier to schedule than under normal circumstances, so get this taken care of well in advance of the coming season.

Monday 6/8 is our first official date of digital summer running. We're excited to get started!
All athletes who were members of the 2019 cross country team should have received a Canvas invite in their LT email accounts. Please accept our invite to the course in order to get started. Canvas will house all our summer running materials for returning athletes.
If you are interested in summer running and did not run on last year's team, email Coach Lyons (email@example.com) or Coach Pogge (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will send you an invitation. All are welcome.
All incoming 7th, 8th, and 9th graders are unable to access Canvas, so we've set up a separate program for you via email. This also begins Monday 6/8. If you are interested and have not already been added to our distribution list, please email Coach Lyons (email@example.com) and we can get you set up.
