Class of 2026 graduate Jack Slightom was selected in the second round of the MLB Draft by the Kansas City Royals.
Class of 2026 graduate Jack Slightom stopped by LT Football Camp to share his incredible journey with our future Lions.
Jack entered high school at just 5’6”, started as the B Team quarterback, worked his way to becoming the varsity starting quarterback, and was ultimately selected in the second round of the MLB Draft by the Kansas City Royals.
A powerful reminder that hard work, perseverance, and believing in yourself can take you farther than anyone expects. Thank you, Jack, for inspiring the next generation of Lions!
