LT to present Twelfth Night

The LT Theatre Board proudly presents the play “Twelfth Night,” by Willliam Shakespeare. Faculty member Lawrence Keller is the director.

The play centers on twins Viola and Sebastian, who are separated in a shipwreck. Viola dresses as a boy and works for the Duke Orsino, whom she falls in love with. Orsino is in love with the Countess Olivia, and sends Viola to court her for him, but Countess Olivia falls in love with Viola thinking she is a man. Sebastian arrives, causing a flood of mistaken identity, and marries Olivia. Viola then reveals she is a girl and marries Orsino.

Performance dates are Friday and Saturday, October 18-19, at 7pm, and Sunday, October 20, at 3pm in the North Campus Reber Center. All tickets are $5. Tickets may be purchased in the box office before the show. There are no discounts or passes. The theater opens 30 minutes before the opening curtain.
