Little art captures big awards

LT student-artists captured several top honors in the annual Chicago Area 4 X 5 Art Exhibit. This regional exhibit displays student artwork from 62 schools with more than 2,000 pieces entered, measuring 4x5 inches, created from the following categories: drawing, painting, photography, relief, sculpture, computer generated imagery, printmaking, and mixed media.

Of the 2,000 art pieces submitted, just 178 works were selected to receive awards - 1st, 2nd 3rd place and 10% from each category earned Honorable Mention.
