What can you do when you are vaccinated

Based on public health guidance, individuals who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 do not need to quarantine if named as a close contact to a known case of COVID-19 as long as they remain asymptomatic. Please refer to the graphic below for additional information about activities permitted once you are fully vaccinated.

What can you do once fully vaccinated if asymptomatic

As of 5/13/21, all Illinois residents ages 12 and up are eligible to receive COVID-19 vaccine. Click here to sign up.

To be considered fully vaccinated you must:

  1. Be 2 weeks past your second COVID-19 vaccine injection for a 2-dose series or 2 weeks past your COVID-19 vaccine injection for a single-dose vaccine.
  2. Submit a copy of your COVID-19 vaccine card to the health office electronically to staffcovid@lths.net or studentcovid@lths.net
