Summer Workouts

As of Monday July 13, Summer Workout Plans have been distributed to returning sophomores, juniors and seniors who have completed a season with the LTVB program. The workouts are to prepare athletes physically for the upcoming fall volleyball season. If you are an incoming freshman or LT student interested in the summer workout program, please contact Coach Bober (Keeve) at jbober@lths.net All are welcome & encouraged to participate.
