ACCESS for ELLs
ACCESS is a state-required English Language proficiency assessment for all English Language Learners. Students are assessed in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
This test is required by the federal and state government for all EL students in grades 9 -12. Students who have refused EL services are still required to test.
Test Date and Registration
2025-2026 ACCESS for ELLs Test Dates and Registration Deadlines:
January 14 – March 3, 2026
Students will be notified of their test dates and locations closer to the assessment window.
No registration is required for this assessment.
