PSAT/NMSQT
The PSAT/NMSQT® is an assessment for students in 11th grade. The PSAT/NMSQT® assesses reading, writing, and mathematics and provides students, parents, and teachers with information on academic areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
The PSAT/NMSQT® is the qualifying exam for the National Merit® Scholarship Program. The PSAT/NMSQT includes 2 sections: reading, writing & language and mathematics. More information on the new digital format can be found on the College Board website.
Test Date and Registration
2024-2025 PSAT/NMSQT Deadlines:
- This assessment is for students in grade 11. The test will occur on October 15, 2024 starting at 7:45 am. The test is approximately 2.5 hours long.
- Students with an IEP or 504 plan and students in the English Language Learner program may be eligible for testing accommodations. Please contact your case manager or see our Testing Accommodation's page for more information.
- Students’ score reports will be accessible online. Students must create an online account in order to view their scores.
